This beef is locally-raised, hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed, and finished on hay and oats. It has a little more marbling than grass fed beef. It is butchered in our on-farm facility. You'll receive about a 1/16 of a beef.
Each box includes a variety of cuts - typically
3 - 4 roasts (any of the following: round, blade, sirloin tip, brisket),
5 - 8 steaks (any of the following: t-bone, rib, strip, top sirloin),
4-10 packs of ground beef (8 - 22 lbs),
1 pack of stew meat and/or short ribs.
Freezer-space wise, they take up about 1 cubic foot.
