oe and Carol Mans have operated Vital Greens, Alberta’s only independent organic dairy farm for 11 years. They use unique processes to produce high quality certified organic milk, cheese, yogurt and cream. It starts with the land where they use no artificial inputs. Healthy land makes for happy cows! The cows are fed certified organic food and have plenty of room to roam (an average of 1 cow/acre). The milk is pasteurized at the lowest possible legal temperature at their on-site processing plant. To keep their products as natural as possible, they do not homogenize the milk. The whole family enjoys working together as much as their customers enjoy their delicious dairy fare.
