Espresso is supposed to have a kick! That is why for our house espresso blend we went with a medium-dark roast of Guatemala Huehuetenango, Colombian Fair-Trade Organic, and Brazil Mogiana. It can stand brilliantly on its own or can complement velvety steamed milk or make a mean Americano.

It is also Rainforest Alliance Certified!

Cupping Notes Hazelnut | Peach | Dark Toffee
This quintessential dark roast blend is made up of three perfectly roasted organic coffees: Ethiopia Limu Organic, Guatemala Huehuetenango Organic, and Sumatra Organic. With this combination, we were able to create a perfect marriage of flavour that carries a full-bodied cup from the rich nose to the smooth woody aftertaste with a hint of sweetness. The cup is dark and vibrant from start to finish. Being 100% Organic is the perfect cherry on top.

Cupping Notes Dark Caramel | Smoked Maple | Earthiness
From the mountain ranges in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, this coffee is sourced from a single estate made up of 136 acres of coffee cultivated under a canopy of guamo, carbonero, and other native shade trees. The estate has certifications from the Rainforesl Alliance and the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center as well as an Organic certification through ECOCERT since 1999 due to using natural compost and coffee pulp fertilizers.

Cupping Notes Almond Butter | Caramel | Dark Chocolate
Region Sierra Nevada Mountain Range
Variety Typica, Caturra, Castillo
Altitude 1300 MASL
Farmer Dario Delgado
Certifications Bird-Friendly (SMBC), Organic, Rainforest Alliance
