The fun(gi) started in 2015 when the Gruger family began cultivating mushrooms in Nisku, Alberta. 

The small family farm and its mushroom selection are designed with taste and nutritional content in mind. They vertically grow delicious and diverse mushrooms, in a clean and chemical free environment. The mushrooms are handpicked for peak nutrition.
