Peas on Earth Certified Organic Garden was officially founded by Eric and Ruby Chen in 2000. With their passion for providing the community with healthy and delicious vegetables, Eric and Ruby combined their loves for farming and business to create Peas on Earth. Since then, Eric and Ruby have put their hearts and souls into nurturing and growing their business. They hope that with their efforts, people can grow more aware of the benefits of eating organic. Eric and Ruby want to do their share towards the community by providing alternatives to chemically treated and genetically modified foods. They believe that good health starts with good, healthy food
Operating on 65 acres of land and a 5,000 sq. ft greenhouse facility located in Sturgeon County, Peas on Earth has established itself at the Old Strathcona Farmers’ Market, the St. Albert Outdoor Farmers’ Market and various other vendor locations.
Along with their two children, Jenelle and Ayden, Eric and Ruby love being able to provide their community with fresh, healthy, and delicious vegetables.
