Poplar Bluff's soil and climate area ideal for potatoes, and Poplar Bluff has specialized in growing types that are chosen by chefs wanting cooking qualities not found elsewhere. In addition, Poplar Bluff is pleased to provide you with a variety of organically-grown beets, carrots and parsnips.

These are small, slender and elongated potatoes with a mild nutty and earthy undertones that develop when cooked. </br></br>A good source of starches, carbohydrates, and dietary fibre. The tubers are one of the richest sources of B-complex group of vitamins such as pyridoxine (vitamin B6), thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid and folates.
