Shadow Bluff Farms is owned by The Oudshoorn family was born and raised in southern Alberta. Ben and Anita have been farming together for 25 years with their family. Having started Fairwinds Farm over 2 decades ago they have long been believers in certified organic practices. As of 2019 they sold the dairy portion of the farm to a new family and have started Shadow Bluff Farm to continue growing garlic and other produce throughout the summer.
